Hello — we are the Bowes! We manage BoweHikes, Spruce Designs, and Catamount Music Resources.

BoweHikes is our multimedia hiking experience where we share photos, videos, and blogs of our hikes throughout the United States (mostly in Appalachia).

Spruce Designs is an Appalachian jewelry and gifts shop managed by Lynsey, which was born in 2024 after she created a new line of handcrafted jewelry. We also sell photography prints, original art, and other goodies. Our greatest inspiration can be found in our native Appalachian Mountains. Based out of West Virginia, we frequently travel to various vendor events there and in surrounding states. If you have any questions, please send us a message!

Catamount Music Resources is an educational music resource shop operated by Justin, who is a percussionist, guitarist, and music educator. You can find resources on percussion, guitar, and keyboard instruments, and you can also shop a variety of percussion ensemble pieces inspired by our hikes in the mountains.
